Q: What do you use for your art?
A: I am an advent user of Clip Studio Paint EX, version 3.0 at the time of writing this! My tablet is probably the most expensive thing being a Gamon PD156 PRO, It is a wonderful!! Display Tablet and very worth the cost.

Q: What brushes do you use?
A: I use a lot of brushes! I recently changed the set I use, I quite honestly do NOT remember where i obtained my current liner brush, but I use the default G-pen for my coloring :>

Q: Can I reference or use your TOS/Blacklist setup?
A: Oh! Yeah by all means go ahead, My TOS in itself has bits and pieces taken from other artist's TOS's so its only fair yall would be allowed to reference mine. At the end of the day, it protects you and your artwork!!

Q: Can I use your artwork for a Banner/Pfp/Wallpaper/Etc.?
A: As long as it not a commission for someone else nor my personal artwork, but rather artwork for yourself, by all mean! I encourage it! Just please credit me such as 'PFP by Keeble'! Note that I do not consent for my artwork being used in commercial ways without discussion.

Q: Can I Overhaul/Redesign a Vesper/Chaemari/Grupup you Designed?
A: By all means go ahead, I do not necessarily care what happens to those designs at this point!

Q: Can I reference your artwork or designs?
A: I would prefer you ask me directly with what your intentions are when it comes to 'referencing' my artwork. It is heavily in my TOS & on my TH profile that I do NOT consent to my designs having inspo or reference takin off them.

Q: Can I copy or trace your artwork?
A: Absolutely not. That is a heavy boundary of mine that I do not wish for folks to cross. If for some reason you feel you need to trace something, please use actual models and such. My artwork will not help you, Apologies.

Q: Can I Edit/Add this to your base?
A: Yes! Go ahead!! 100%!! All I ask is that if you want to distribute the edit, please do NOT sell it, nor give it to folks who do not have the access or rights to the specific base!

Q: Can I Draw [Insert Character]?
A: Yes! Go ahead!! I adore receiving gift art and I always try to give back whenever I am able to and have the motivation!! I seriously appreciate and hold dearly the gifts I receive

Q: Can We Chat?
A: Probably not one on one, unless you are a friend of mine, Im introverted at my core and am not the greatest with small talk! But don't let that discourage you, Jump into conversations in my discord server or in streams!

Q: Can We Do an Art/Design Trade?
A: Unless I personally poke you for a trade, my trades are reserved for my mutuals and close friends!

Q: Do You Do Requests?
A: Requests are sectioned off for my supporters! Otherwise you may be able to catch when I do my Request Raffles in my server!

Q: Will You take Art/Customs/Characters for a Custom?
A: Not anymore unfortunately! I've made it apart of my 2024 resolutions to no longer have customs as an option for trades unless is a custom trade that I contact for.

Q: How Can I Support You?
A: As of April 2024, I have moved back to Kofi with a single tier thats $15 a month! I needed to condense so it would be easier for me to complete the rewards I have set!

Q: Do You Draw NSFW?
A: Yes! I do, though not as frequently as I would like as I often have things on my to-do list. But I find it very relaxing to do & fun for the fact of learning anatomy better

Q: What Kinks/Fetishes will you not draw?
A: Its quite easy to rule out a lot of things but I am willing to try my hand at some. Without getting into a lot of specifics due to Minors potentially looking at my page, you can contact me to run any ideas by me!

✦ Personal Usage

2.1 || You may use the artwork & designs for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, discord emotes, 3D Models, and personal website/profile displays.
2.2 || You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).
2.3 || Personal rights for designs includes making a fursuit for yourself with intent to use it.

✦ Commercial Usage

2.4 || Commercial rights are not included in the "personal license" purchase option
2.5 || You may purchase commercial rights during or after purchasing the art or design, you may not use a design commercially until payment is sent
2.6 || Commercial rights include Streaming/Vtubing/Content creation use, merchandise [of design, not of my artwork] or if you plan to sell a fursuit of said character
2.7 || Content Creation use includes the following: PNGTubers, VTubers, Stream Pets, Emotes, Alerts, VTubing Accessories
2.8 || Commercial usage starts at 200% for both artwork and designs

✦ Personal Usage

3.1 || Personal use allows for the following base usage [ with attribution/credit ] :
◆ Purchasable character designs [ i.e "Adoptables" ] / Personal art / Personal character designs
◆ Commissioned artwork [ i.e "YCH", "Dolling" or "Character reference" commissions ]
◆ Commissioned custom character designs3.2 || Personal use does NOT allow the following base usage:
◆ Use for creating monetized assets [ i.e. "Vtuber/PNGtuber model", "Picrew/doll makers, etc ]
◆ Use for creating commercial merchandise [ i.e. Prints, apparel, textiles, accessories, etc.]
◆ Re-distribution of base or files
◆ Use without attribution/credit, removal of signature/watermark or taking credit for my work

✦ General Rules

3.3 || Use of any pay-to-use base before purchasing is prohibited. This includes referencing, tracing (including "Frankensteining"), or copying the base artwork.
3.4 || Pay-to-use Base usage license and files are exclusive to purchaser, and may not be transferred or re-distributed for any reason.
3.5 || Attribution/credit is required on all platforms [ Keeblebases on Toyhouse, Keeble on any other platform ]. This includes the preservation of my watermark on the bases [ You may reposition or resize it - to where it is still legible- but you may not remove it ]
3.6 || Alterations to the base that make it beyond recognition of my work are prohibited. You are however encouraged to add accessories, body parts, expression changes, etc. to your liking.
3.7 || Refunds are unavailable after purchase. If there is an issue with the base files, please reach out to me via Vgen, Toyhouse OR discord [ @Keeble_ / Keeble ] for support. Chargebacks will result in blacklisting, regardless of any reason.

✦ General

4.1 || You are subject to these rules regardless of whom you got my designs from, as long as you currently have one in your possession.
4.2 || Do not upsell designs you have traded for or purchased.
4.3 || Do not sell designs of mine that you have obtained for free UNLESS they have additional artwork - You may still Trade/Gift/Swap these designs
4.4 || You may not claim my designs as your own. Please credit properly [ Keeble via all Socials ]
4.5 || You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit my art- Ask me and i will more often than not; change it for you!
4.6 || You are not permitted to colorpick the majority of or the entirety of a design // Nor make a carbon copy/rip-off of my designs. That will result in a Greylist or Blacklist based on severity. ASK to take Inspo off my designs!!
4.7 || You can change the species of/overhaul any of my designs without permission! You must continue to credit me though as original designer.
4.8 || You may Co-Own my designs. But you may not come to me if there is any issues between you or the co-owners(s). It is not my responsibility.
4.9 || I ask that you please do not void my designs, if for some reason they don't sell or you don't want them anymore- You are welcome to shoot them back to me.
4.10 || You may not use my designs as a means to promote or facilitate xenophobia, racism, disturbing fetish art, or anything regarding proshipping/pedophillia/shota/loli. I have the right to blacklist you if what you use my designs for anything that makes me uncomfortable and promotes harm.
4.11 || I ask that you do not make 'Twin' designs off alternative hair colors/styles or body patterns/colors. It can cause problems with trading/swapping/selling said designs in the future.

✦ Offers || Bids || Payment Plans

5.1 || I hold the right to back out of or decline an offer for any reason
5.2 || You, the Client, may back out of the offer for any reason. However, doing so to a very frequent amount can result in a Greylisting or Ban from offers
5.3 || If you constantly back out of or rescind your bid on Bid adoptables, you will be banned from future bids
5.4 || Please have what you bid ready to be paid within 24hrs, unless the bid specifically states that it allows that of payment plans
5.5 || All Payment must be USD, through Kofi or Vgen. Within 24hrs of an offer being accepted unless otherwise discussed.
5.6 || I do not typically take holds from customers I have not worked with before
5.7 || Any Payment plans will require 25% put down, Upfront. This goes for Autobuys, Bids and Offers alike, this downpayment & following payments are NONREFUNDABLE

✦ Commissions ✦

✦ Ordering

6.1 || I reserve the right to make changes to your request as I see fit unless otherwise discussed. To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make note of the required details and elements in the form.
6.2 || If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request [ eg. change the character, agree to simplified design changes ] before the transaction is complete.
6.3 || Before taking part in any transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details.

✦ Payment

7.1 || I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
7.2 || It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. Payment plans are allowed if discussed beforehand. Beyond that there is no exception
7.3 || If payment is not made in a timely manner after I've given the information, the commission will be cancelled. - Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.
7.4 || Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.
7.5 || I will NOT do refunds for "Buyers Remorse" | "I want x More"
7.6 || If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.

✦ Queue || Scheduling || Work Speed || Deadlines

8.1 || I usually take up to 1-5 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.
8.2 || You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
8.3 || I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance. I reserve the right to take up to 2 weeks to begin work on your project, and an additional 4 to work on said project.
8.4 || If you did not alert me to a deadline, you must not send reminders until this 4 week's buffer period has passed. Reminders will be ignored if they relate to work that I have prioritized above your project, including other commissions and gift art.
8.5 || If due dates are discussed, it is also the clients' responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.
8.6 || No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.
8.7 || I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired/ comfortable with at the moment.
8.8 || You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

✦ Revisions || Feedback

9.1 || I will send a WIP (‘work in progress’) image after 100% of the payment is completed.
9.2 || These images will come in the form of .png files as an attachment in the a DM.
9.3 || The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
9.4 || I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.
9.5 || I will only send a guaranteed WIP for the Sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time.
9.6 || Up to two major revisions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards.
9.7 || Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me.
9.8 || Changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.
9.9 || Any changes to the character or subject will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.
9.10 || I will not be held responsible for any changes in ownership of the said character.
9.11 || After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).
9.12 || In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.
9.13 || I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

✦ Final Product

10.1 || There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
10.2 || I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

10.4 || You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
10.5 || Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to a year. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
10.6 || I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.
